SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders using USPS for domestic deliveries.


Order Processing Times

Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Sale and pre-order items may require additional processing time; specific timeframes will be provided at checkout or during promotional events.



Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, most in-stock items are delivered within 3–5 business days. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.


Shipping Delays

Lina Leena Hair Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).


Package Tracking & Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to track their packages and ensure someone is available to receive them. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


Order Changes & Address Accuracy 

Once an ordered has been placed it cannot be changed or canceled. Please make sure you provide the correct address. Once your order has been placed the address can not be modified.
