At Lina Leena Hair Collection, we take pride in delivering premium, high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED.

All sales are final once items are installed, worn, used, etc and is non refundable.

Unauthorized Returns

Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Please note that products that have been used (wefts cut, hair dyed, product tags removed, washed or brushed through etc.) will not be accepted if the item was originally sent incorrectly.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Please double-check your order before submitting. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages

Lina Leena Hair Collection is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We encourage customers to track their shipments and ensure a secure delivery location.
